Introducing
Welcome to our restaurant, where Sophie and Pascal welcome you to a warm and friendly setting on the banks of the Canal du Midi. Since 2016, this old mill has exuded a unique charm and offers a peaceful atmosphere that we are keen to convey inside the restaurant.
We favor local produce, to offer you balanced, tasty dishes that reflect our commitment to quality. Our menu evolves regularly to offer you suggestions that highlight our signature cuisine, true to our own style.
